Digital product
CVRoute sells one-time digital product purchases. Once your package is generated and delivered to your email address, the purchase is generally considered final. This is standard practice for digital goods that are immediately produced and delivered.
When a refund or review may be possible
We will review refund requests in the following circumstances:
- Failed delivery: Your package was not delivered to your email address due to a technical error on our side, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
- Accidental duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same package twice for the same questionnaire session.
- Generation completely failed: Your order entered a permanent failure state and no files were produced or delivered.
Circumstances where refunds do not apply
- You changed your mind after generation completed and files were delivered.
- The generated content did not match your expectations. AI outputs vary; always review documents before submitting applications.
- You did not receive an interview or job offer after using the documents.
- Dissatisfaction with AI writing style or tone. Use the questionnaire's tone and formality preferences to adjust output before purchasing.
How to request a refund review
Contact us via our contact page with:
- The email address used for purchase
- A description of the issue
- Your order confirmation details (if available)
We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
